Although the head is unmarked, its profile and proportions closely resemble a Collins, making it an excellent piece for collectors and users alike. Possible Collins manufacture. The head has been carefully hung on a premium 20” Beaver Tooth full-size eye handle, fitted with a walnut wedge for a secure fit, and finished with multiple coats of boiled linseed oil to protect the wood while enhancing its natural grain.
